Everyone is welcome in our Shake Bar, Restaurant, and Arcade — all free to enter and open to all ages.
Rollerskating and The Arena are for ages 6+. Guests under 14 must be supervised in the venue by a responsible adult at all times. Guests 14+ may visit without an adult.
No one is allowed on the roller rink without skates and valid ticket.
No, you don’t have to book online unless you are booking a party – in which case you must book at least 3 days in advance. Walk-ins are accepted for general skate sessions but we always recommend booking in advance so you’re not disappointed.

Lil-Roller Party Package
For ages 6-14 @£25pp
This package is perfect for our younger skaters, offering an exciting skating adventure complete with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and non-stop fun on the rink!
Hi-Roller Party Package
For ages 6+ @£30pp
This package is ideal for teens and adults seeking excitement on wheels, this premium experience combines thrilling skating session, mouth-watering menu options, and vibrant party vibes!
Both party packages include a designated seating area, a party host, welcome sign and balloon arrangement, food and drinks, skates and safety equipment and 1-hour skating session on the rink.
All party bookings must be paid, have confirmed menu selection and the total number of guests 3 working days by 12:00pm prior to the party date.

Yes – you can absolutely bring your own birthday cake for your party!
However, candles, sparklers and any other open flames are not allowed in the venue.
Yes! All the safety equipment (knee pads, helmets, and elbow pads) are available completely free of charge upon request.
We also have skating marshals available on the rink! They supervise the whole rink and are ready to help anyone who is struggling!
Yes – you are absolutely allowed to bring your own quad or in-line skates, however, there are some rules:
All skates must be suitable for indoor use on a wooden rink.
You must ensure all your skates are complete with stoppers or you may be refused entry to the rink.

Off-Peak:
All day Mondays to Thursdays and Fridays before 4:00pm.
Excluding events and/or themed sessions.
Peak:
Friday after 4pm, all day Saturdays and Sundays, bank holidays, and school holidays such as half term, summer holiday and winter break (including all dates in December).
Events and/or themed sessions are charged at peak prices.
We offer skates from Junior Size 6 to Adult Size 12, subject to availability.
Please note, we do not stock half sizes.
Yes – you can change the date and time of a booking if you are no longer able to attend. Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked date. Any desired changes with your party booking (menu changes, total number of guests) must be made 3 business days by 10am, prior to the booked date.
No – all the bookings and payments are non-refundable, which includes change of mind, cancellations, or no-shows. The bookings cannot be exchanged for any sold product.
